Where our stock comes from
Every product sold by Double Seven is sourced through official Pokémon distribution channels. We buy sealed cases from licensed distributors, the same supply that stocks licensed card shops.
We do not buy from marketplaces, liquidators, private collections or unverified resellers. There is no point in the chain where product of unknown origin can enter our inventory.
What sealed means here
Every item ships in its original factory shrink wrap, exactly as it left the manufacturer.
We do not open boxes. We do not weigh, search, sort or resell packs. We do not reseal anything. If a box arrives at our facility damaged or with a compromised seal, it does not get listed.
The packing video
Every single order is filmed from the moment it is picked to the moment the box is taped shut. The clip is emailed to you before the parcel is collected by the carrier.
This exists so you never have to take our word for anything. You can see the exact item, its condition, and the packing materials around it, before it is even in transit.
If something is ever wrong
If you receive an item you believe is not genuine, contact us within 14 days with photographs. We will refund you in full, cover return postage, and investigate the batch it came from.
We would rather lose the sale than carry a single questionable item.
