This website is operated by Double Seven. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Double Seven. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duty or tax charged by your own country.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Packaging artwork and contents are set by the publisher and may differ slightly from the images shown. Product images are supplied by the manufacturer or distributor.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Preorders

Preorder items are charged in full at the time of order. Payment secures your unit against our confirmed distributor allocation.

Release dates are set by the publisher and can change without notice. A change to a release date is not a failure to deliver and does not entitle you to compensation, though you may cancel under our Returns and Refunds Policy at any point before dispatch.

If our allocation is reduced and we cannot supply your order, you will be refunded in full.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, not when payment is taken.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after payment, where we reasonably suspect fraud, where an item is mispriced, where allocation has been withdrawn, or where an order appears to be placed for the purpose of resale in breach of publisher terms. Any cancelled order is refunded in full.

5. Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you provide. We are not liable for parcels delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.

6. Intellectual property

Pokémon and all associated names, logos and card artwork are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. Double Seven is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company or GAME FREAK inc.

All original site content, including written copy, layout and photography produced by us, remains our property.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of resale value, or loss of opportunity arising from a delayed or cancelled preorder.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Investment disclaimer

Trading cards are collectibles, not financial instruments. Nothing on this site is investment advice. The market value of sealed product can fall as well as rise, and we make no representation about the future value of anything we sell.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
